Types of Grievances Accepted

Training & Curriculum

Issues related to course content, schedule, instructors, or assessments.

Accommodation & Facilities

Complaints about hostel, mess, sanitation, or infrastructure conditions.

Conduct & Discipline

Reports of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct by any official.

Administrative

Delays in documents, certificates, allowances, or attendance records.

Medical & Welfare

Medical assistance, health-related concerns, or welfare support needs.

Others

Any other concern not covered above — all issues are taken seriously.

Your grievance has been submitted successfully. You will receive an acknowledgement shortly.

All grievances are treated confidentially. You will receive an acknowledgement with a reference number within 24 hours. Resolution is targeted within 7 working days. For urgent matters, please contact your Training Center administration directly.
